Importing Gateway P7811-FX to Singapore

Hi,
I'm from singapore and recently came upon the p7811 fx laptop which has awesome specs for its price (around SGD 2.2k). Major problem is that this laptop is unavailable for purchase in my country (No bestbuy). I've checked bestbuy and it doesn't seem if they import over to singapore. Maybe i missed something but i'm not too sure. Could anyone help give me some ideas on how to import this laptop? Thanks in advance

 

Im a expat I work in Singapore 6weeks on 2 weeks off.

If you want maybe we could work something out were I could bring it back from the states on my next trip.

I know that would be a little iffy for you, but I'm a stand up guy and I wouldn't mind helping.............. I bought my 6861 4 trips ago, I've been lugging this big beautiful machine around the world and I couldn't be happier.

Or If you wanted I could sell you this one at a discount and I could but the 7811

take a look at sager np5793 , gateway7811 is likely to be discontinued.

 

oh shucks... so there is no way i can get a p7811 then? The sager has good specs but not as much bang for the buck imo. If so then i'll have to wait a couple of months to see if any newer models for gateway comes out.
