    Is it a bad GPU?

    I have the p6860, gpu is 8800m gts. I get the black screen when I install any nivida driver, old or new. This started a week ago. My laptop screen works without the driver but there is no signal going to my Hd screen at all. Any help with this would be appreciated. Nothing is wrong with the LG flat screen. Thanks

    Although more uncommon I have heard of GPU's that needed reflow that still allowed bios post. So it is very likely but it could also be other issues too but probably not.............
