This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi, I just purchased the 6510GZ model today from Best Buy, and everything looks great...at first. Now I am having problem with my DVD burner: QSI SDB-082.

    I can not read the media HP cd-r 52x... I had it created in another computer using Pinnacle's drag and drop function, finalized as well. Currently, my firmware is actually LX44, and I can't seem to update/or downgrade to LX43 that was highly recommanded in one of the post on this site. Is it something that I did wrong or missed? Or this QSI just plain suck? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
