I'm having some issues with the touchpad on my p-7801u. At times, it gets a mind of its own and starts jumping all over the place, click at random. I can leave my finger in one stationary position, and the cursor just keeps jumping around. But if I take my finger off the pad, it stops.

I already spoke with gateway support, and they sent me the parts to replace the pad and the button board. But it has not helped.

So I'm asking for any help or insight from all you FX users/experts before contacting gateway again, because I really don't want to have to send it in if at all possible. I live in Canada, and I think I will have to ship it to the States... and cross border stuff is a real pain in the behind.
