I bought I used 6860 off ebay for 600 dollars after the 10% off coupon and the cash back offer. I couldn't resist the deal personally.

I just got it in today. Everything runs perfectly, but it seems more hot then it should be. I took the temps of the CPU, it idles around 50 C (Core temp) and the GPU idles around 60 C. Is this normal?

Also what driver for the GPU should I use and would getting a better wireless card help when I'm playing online games at all?

wow 600 is a freaking great deal on the machine.

Your temps do seem alittle high for the t5550 though. I'm usually getting about 32-34 (core 0) and 36-39 (core 1) at idle

And my GPU idles at around 40-46

I would crack the case and take a can of air to it to maybe see if theres any dust build up (some how)

As to drivers its really up to you from what everyone says... i'm actually using the 175.63 driver but i think alot of people have started using the 177.41 (the newest)
