    So yeah, i spille dsomething on it, called customer service and got a new one in the mail, but how the hell do you change it?

    Check the book that came with the computer. I believe it is in there.

    no, it wasnt, and they didnt send me instructions with it, even though the letter said it would be there. I ended up just looking at a pdf of another gateway that uses the shadow chassis.
