I've had my laptop for a couple of years and never had an issue. Then last week my hubby was using it and "pushed a few buttons by mistake" and now the computer acts as if the alt button is stuck, which it is not. Any suggestions?

sounds like the sticky keys got turned on, rebooting should have cleared it but you can try hitting the shift key five times. If that does not work shut off the system and take out the battery for a couple of minutes and try again.

Tried all three of those, and no go. Any other suggestions? Thanks for trying to help!
