2: start windows in Repair mode ,

I tried both of them but i only got a reboot , what should i do ? create a usb boot? i dont even have any recovery cd or cd drive... or windows cd...

You can try pressing F8 before windows loads to get more options.

You can try "Last Known Good Configuration".

If that doesn't work either you're best off plugging the hard drive into a different computer (as a secondary drive) so you can pull any files off of it that you want.

Then you can either reinstall windows, install windows OVER the current installation (you will have to reinstall programs and reconfigure everything but the files should still be there), or try and repair the installation with the windows cd.

You'll need a recovery cd or windows cd from somewhere/someone obviously.

If you don't have a cd rom (It doesn't look like the LT3103u does) you need to use a USB CD Rom, the bios should support it but you may need to configure the bios to boot from it first.
