A little over a year ago I bought a MX6455 laptop, but now I'm running into problems with it. I was using it like normal when a BSOD came up about "page fault in non-paged area." Now whenever I try to boot it up, the fans start up for a second and it looks like it might boot, but then everything goes quiet. The monitor never turns on, the machine never POSTs, and I don't even hear the harddrive spin up. But after everything has shutdown, I can still open and close the cd-tray (so I don't think it's a power problem). Any guesses as to what the problem might be?

    Thanks

Update: The problem has been fixed. I opened up the laptop and reseated the RAM.
