Hi everyone, the machine I have is a convertible tablet notebook, Gateway CX2618. Since I bought it a few months back, everything was fine until a few days ago. I put it in sleep mode and went to dinner; when I got back, it won't turn back on. Desperate and frustrated, I tried to shut it down manually (thought the power button). After 1 minute, I press the power button; but nothing happened. The whole notebook went quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the fan or hard drive. The only thing I saw is the power light; everything went dead quiet and the screen is black. Anyone know what happened? Does that mean my motherboard is dead? If so, how much roughly do I need to repair it? Any help is welcomed.
