Last thread, I promise! I need working 9c.17.00 bios! I get an error now

When I try to flash .17 (I'm running .12 and 7 x64 now), I get an error that says init fail 0x137, whatever the heck that means. Anyway, I've tried to download it from a ton of different places, but to no avail. Don't want GPU temps of 93C when gaming, which is what I get now.

I have Win7 x64 HP upgraded from the Win7 RC. I get the same error flashing any bios as well. 93C to me seems a bit high for .12, are your vents cleaaned well and if so you might want to think about pulling it appart and redoing the TIM on the GPU and memory chips.

 

The sad part is.... I had .17 when I first got it

Okay, I will, just need to buy some good stuff for it. Vents are fine.

I think it might just be the BIOS and not a paste issue.....

and do you really want to do that? Cary to CH is still a hike dude.

 

if you want me too i will, i feel compelled to .ill be right off exit 293, so its only like 20 miles or so further let me know, i just have to setup one server then im DONE!..as for letting it be, considering the debacle that proceeded, i would let it settle in before tweaking it to death. that being said i had the m17x apart 5 hours after i opened the box so..umm yeah...

 

I can't help tweaking it... I'm sooooo bored See, I was trying to fix the GPU fan's pulsing issue, but the first BIOS I had on it was actually the best and now it won't go back on.

Well... if you think you need to, I'd appreciate it... What time would you be coming?
