    Hey guys.
I recently just ordered a notepal u3 with its movable fans and I was wondering what would be the optimal positions for the fan?

Well . That's because most people that frequent this forum have a P-series laptop but your question is an obvious one any way because you don't actually need to know where the CPU and GPU are, just the intake vents. And for the HD, isn't there a hard drive bay?

Good choice with going with the Notepal U3. I got the Notepal U2 (damn them for waiting so long to make a full-sized version) and it rocks except the fans really suck (and it is a bit too small). Good luck with your fans. Tell me how it fits and where the pads sit on the laptop because I may just have to buy it.

Edit: No way, they put fan speed control on this thing. If only it could be done automatically with software though.

I think that I found good positions for the fans and I'll be back later to post some results

The CPU and probably the gpu is definitely the top right vent (with the exhaust through the left side of the laptop)
    enjoy.
