This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     M-6843 Multimedia Panel won't work

    After I reinstalled the Windows, the multimedia buttons (play, stop, previous, next, etc) that control Windows Media Player and other players stopped functioning. Do I need a certain driver to make it work? I can't find it in Gateway support website. The volume control works just fine, though.
