    Hi, I am thinking of buying a Gateway M685-Eb Core Duo laptop. They say it won't ship until early March. Does anyone know anything about this 17" notebook? They are only available through the Gateway business site as far as I know.

    I've been looking at this laptop too. I just noticed today that the home equivalant is now for sale: NX860XL. Don't know how long its been there. Anyway, it's a little cheeper when I configure it out the same. Ship date it still estimated at 3/2 though :/

    edit: Forgot to mention there's also a $100 mail-in rebate on the NX860XL too.
