OK, so my Gateway MD7818u was delivered today and its great - but I just realized that no disks were in the box. No Windows disks, no application disks and no system recovery disks. Has anyone else had this problem? I am assuming its a Gateway error but I haven't heard back from customer service yet. Thanks.

There should be an option in the start menu to burn your own recovery discs.
