    ML6230 Dual Core Options?

    High all,
    Does anyone have any experience with these machines concerning CPU upgrades? Mine has the Intel 943GML Chipset and PhoenixBIOS v77.15 it`s the latest (and only) BIOS offered on Gateway`s site.
    I have tried two different Intel T2250`s, both powered on, the screen stayed black and nothing happened. I`ve heard that T5500, T5600, T7200, T7400 and T7600 will work in the ML6230, but before I start randomly buying CPU`s I thought I would ask for help. HELP!!
    Seriously though, I will appreciate any information that you have and are willing to share.
