I have a gateway laptop that is about 2 years old, the model is MT6839b originally it shipped with windows vista.

I have upgraded to Windows 7 and all is working fine except a display that comes up when increasing the brightness on the screen, this used to display in blue with bars to show the brightness but is now white with seemingly random pixels.

I have been on gateways website but they only have Vista and XP drivers, I have update all my other drivers and everything works perfectly except this.

Does anyone know what type of driver I am looking for?
