    I'm figuring that I need to upgrade my drivers but I can't find it in my device manager.

    If it's completely not recognizing your card, then first download the drivers from laptopvideo2go, then go into device manager and find Display Adapters > Standard VGA Adapter, right click and go to update drivers, navigate to your laptopvideo2go driver and select the inf, run through the wizard, and restart
