    Hi.

I have the latest video driver. Installed them a week ago. This morning my gf used the computer and forgot to plug in the power so the computer shut down when there was no power. At noon, I plugged the power in and started the computer. I never logged in. There is color on my screen. My vista 64 bit logging is in color. When it logs in and the desktop starts to appear, it's already black and white. So I'd guess the problem would be windows since my screen has color until windows starts loading after I log in.

I'm trying to figure out this problem (with google as I do all my problems) but this time, I can't just find the problem.

    Thanks for the help.

It load in color in safe mode. I restarted it....at the desktop it was in color for 2 seconds than bam, no more colors.

Can it be the video drivers cause I think it safe mode, it doesnt use the video drivers? Though I have had the drivers for 1 week without any glitch.

I'd say reinstall the drivers. Hopefully that will fix it.
