    So i go home, put the operating system CD in, it's fine until it restarts and comes back into some SAFE MODE VISTA CRAP!!!! I can't get back the way it was and i'm incredibly frustrated. How the hell do i fix this? PLEASE HELP

    Well, you screwed up somewhere, so put in some recovery discs or boot into the recovery partition.
