    Hey there everybody!
My DVD-RW drive quit recognizing a DVD, but still sees CD-R discs.
    What could be wrong?
The laptop is an Emachines W4620.
    Do I need a new DVD-RW drive?
If so, where can I get one?
Emachines and their warehouse don't have them.
The guy at Emachines used the remote assistance feature to try to get the
drive to respond, but it wouldn't.
    Help!
    Thanks!
    :D
