I just got a new T-6836 ($649 best buy special) and it's continually giving me 'low battery' errors, even though it has about 4 hours remaining. I don't know if it's the computer or just vista being horrible, but does anyone have any idea? Is it something I should be worried about (i.e. indicating a bad battery) or is vista just confused?

That happened on my other Gateway. Someone just made a boo-boo at the factory and set Vista to alarm at 96% left instead of the normal 5% left. It can be changed in the Power options.
