When I mouse over the battery charge meter it says "Battery charge is low" but at the same time the bubble has a green 90 % charge meter. What's going on? Is any else getting this? Do I need to recalibrate?

Mine does the same thing. It can be fully charged, I unplug the power supply and it immediately pops up a warning box like "Battery is low 99% remaining 3h 37m"
I have used my 6860FX for about an hour and a half on the battery after this message and had no issues. Seems to be some sort of bug in windows.

Go to your advanced power settings, by default vista is set to display a low battery warning after 99% lol......just set it to 15-10% and you are set :)
