I've tried a search of the Gateway forum and a search of FAQ, but I'm apparently not using the right terms.

I need to know what keys I press to activate the numerical keypad on this T6836 laptop. I've tried the FN key, the various function keys and the scroll key, but having no success. I'm obviously missing something or doing something wrong. On my Toshiba this was called the number overlay so perhaps I'm using the wrong terms...but it's to activate the numbers found on my letter keys.

Thank you for any help you can give me.

Found the answer myself...finally. Gateway's manual doesn't list "numeric keypad" or "keypad" in their online manual index...but found the combo is the

FN+Scroll key and that activates the numeric keypad on the T 6838 laptop.
