    Old warranty already expired, where to get a new one?

    Hi guys i have a P-6860FX and the warranty expired a couple of days ago and Gateway wouldn't let me extend it. so is there anywhere else i can get it?

    I'm pretty certain once your warranty has run out, it cannot be extended.

    You could probably get one from an aftermarket merchant. Maybe even Best Buy or something would support you.

    I work for the Geek Squad, and Best Buy will only support it if you had purchased one of their extended warranties within 30 days of the original purchase, once the extended plan expires, you have the option to purchase another one.

    At this point your best bet is to find a place where you can order replacement parts if needed. like I think I have for you below

    If you purchased it with a Credit Card, some CC extend it for another year. I hope this helps. God Bless :)

    if you bought at ebay maybe you could SquareTrade warranty? If not, im afraid your expired..

    actually FPS_Sean, you can get a warranty from Squaretrade whether you bought it from ebay or any other store (online or in person). Also, i know that they offer extended warranties because that is where I got mine. It was a much better deal than had I bought mine on the spot from the manufacturer. www.squaretrade.com/laptop.
