So the pin in the power jack on my NV53 snapped a couple weeks ago. I ordered a replacement power jack, received it, and took it out because I was going to disassemble the laptop and replace it.

Problem is, the dimension of the hole for the charger to go into is 4.8mm in diameter, which is smaller than the 5.5mm charger diameter. It seems the pin size is fine, it looks about the same as the inner diameter of the charger, but overall the outer diameter of the charger is bigger than the jack now, so it's not going to fit.

I've looked at every DC power jack available out there that's compatible with the NV53052u and they all look the exact same as the replacement I ordered, so I don't know what to do.
