Anyone have any ideas on this? I tried the driver within the driver pack for the P-68x and no go.

Downside is I have 0 clue what actual sound device I have!

Any Help would be much appreciated!

Maybe you can call gateway and tell them you have a P-6080fx and need the audio drivers, it ships with 64bit. Or wait until they post drivers for the P-6080fx. You maybe able to buy a driver disk for $20.00 from them for the P-6080fx, just some ideas.

yeah, but I'd presume they'll send out Vista x64 Discs, I'm looking for the WinXP x64 Drivers, but at least I have an Idea on what actual sound device I have now

I didn't make my recovery CDs before I put on Vista ultimate x64, so I'll probably need to order them anyways =)

This is a stretch, maybe try the realtek driver?
