They.... aren't officially released yet. Only preorders available.
-
its going for $1600 only for latptop +tax & shipping....anybody know of they cut a deal on it when you talk to them??? coz if we can get like 20% off on it...it may end up being a slightly better deal than from bestbuy which was $1199 + tax (1320 for me ) plus free game.
The differences are that in X-FX...u get little better processor(2.0ghz) and finger print reader...and slot loaded DvD rom...for those that care about. -
Yes, I called and talked to a gateway rep, and got a little over 20% off. ships on the 12th of march.
-
mind telling me how much your total came down to?? including shipping and taxes...thanks

Some people got the 171X FX for 1399. Not sure if that includes shipping and tax.

hey flynnaz,
How do you think this machine stacks up against the m15x from Alienware? The price is just to good. savin over 1500. -
Ingame performance will probably be 10-20% slower in FPS.
That's a nice quote, I would probably get the extended warranty though. -
anyone plugin a laptop that runs 1900x1200 into a LCD tv? I plan on using this laptop with my 40' LCD Samsung for COD4 and was curious as to how it would look and perform?
P-171X FX Edition + Anyone have one or used one?
