    wow, they totally nerfed the specs on this one, but they did lower the price..But luckily I think a lot of us got the 171 sfx for less than the $1399 when we preordered way back when :)

    Oh the nerfs are 667mhz bus, 160 gig hd, no Draft N, no Fingerprint Reader...

    So which is better the 6860 or this laptop? I mean, is the CPU more important than 1 more Gig in ram and more space even if it's 5400 rpm?

    Same soldered in GPU as the P6831. You can check the motherboard number on line with serial number.

    There is a $50 instant savings bringing it down to $1349.00, I have seen a promo code for $75 off which brings it down to $1274 and if you talk to a sales rep might can negotiate a little more as well. I have ordered mine and its due for delivery on Wednesday. Emma was my sales rep she was very nice and quick to respond to both email and phone calls.
