i just ordered two Hitachi 100g 7200rpm and was planning on doing a raid 0 config but i want to make sure i do it right the first time. So basically i slide in the two new harddrives, push F2 when the boot menu comes up and change it to raid, or is this method completely wrong.

Read the Manual, it list in gruesome detail how to set up a raid 0.
