Ok, so I decided to do a clean install, and it's proving to be a major PIA. I have my drivers disk and I'm currently going through it updating/reloading drivers. Now I think I might have a problem. Whenever I try to update my videocard driver, Vista tells me it may not have installed properly part way through and gives me the option to install using recommended settings (which causes another error message or to say it installed correctly. Any idea why?
Also my performance index ratings are 1 in both, graphics and gaming graphics. Help please?

when you say update, do you mean you are trying to install the drivers that came with it on the "recovery partition" or did you download drivers from laptopvideo2go.com?

I was updating using the recovery disk I made. I solved the problem by gettting the laptopvideo2go drivers. I don't know why the recovery disk wouldn't work but it was solved. -
Hmm. Weird. I used the one from the App & Drivers disc and it worked fine. But anyways, glad you got it working.
