Just a quick question, would a x9100 cpu work in the P-6860FX? For some reason I think this highest one that will work is the x7900? Let me know, Thanks..

The x9100 is a 1066 FSB and the 6860 has the PM965 which is 800 fsb max, so no the x9100 will not work.

x9000 is highest that will work to its fullest ability.
