I just ran CPUz on my new P6860 and noticed that it is saying that the max bandwidth of my memory is 333 (in the Max Bandwidth area) although it identifies it as PC2-5300 which I think is 667 as advertised by Gateway. It is also listing the DRAM frequency of 333.

Is there something with the memory bandwidth/frequency that I am missing/not understanding? Can it increase as demand is put on it?

I searched the forums about this and did not see anything. Any explanations or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
