    Are they going to replace this one just as fast as the 6831?

    no new info yet as far as i know. but again my vision is pretty limited, better wait until idioterror gets here. he's the inside man :p

    I really hope it isn't. I had the oppertunity to get it for 1100 dollars and they were going to give 50 dollars off because it was clearance last one they had. Very upset i wasn't able to jump on the deal. oh well, i think their could be another deal like that with the 6860 soon hopefully

    I was talking about the 6831 btw, not the 6860.

    6860 IS the refresh of 6831.

    It shows to be in our system for quite a while. My guess is the 6831 was a stopgap until the 6860 came out. Quite a stopgap, to be sure. ;)
