It should be one in the same as the CPU and GPU heatsink are the same as well...............

The GPU and CPU heatsinks are diffrent. The GPU has copper fins and the heatpipes are diffrent.
The CPU fan is a FORCECONsz DC 5V 0.5A
The GPU is a SUNON Magelev GB507PGV1-A DC 5V 1.6W
Even with the volt differences it should work then? I just don't want to ruin the motherboard.

I am not sure about the fan but th fins are part of the HS and you should not have to replace that. The fans sit in an enclosure but I haven't pulled them apart to see if by size they are interchangable between CPU and GPU...............

I don't need to change the any thing with the heatsink. The fans sit by the fins there not part of the heatsink. I'll just have to buy a CPU fan and hope it works the mounts are the same atleast.
