    P-7805u 1920x1200 screen on the new p-7915u???

    I was told from a friend that if you really wanted the 1920x1200 screen res that gateway had in the 7805u series you could buy the screen and replace it on any p series including the new 7915u.

    Has anyone heard of this or tried it. In theory it should work, same size, almost same computer and better graphics card. The GTX260 should go above 1920x1200 res. I think only difference is that gateway trying to save money made cheaper screens that maxed out at 1440x900.

    Any thoughts....?? :D
