    This laptop has had issues for a while and it has been retired to be my mp3 player at work but occasionally I watch my slingbox on it. As of late I've been having very annoying issue, here goes...

    When I turn it on the display looks like it stays black, if you look very closely though you can barely see what's there like the brightness is all the way down and if I angle the screen right I can get music or other things going. What's really wierd though is that when the laptop starts to warm up a bit (15-20 minutes if it's doing something) the display will start to flicker between the very dull screen and regular brightness, then shortly after that it will remain at full brightness as long as it's doing something.

    If it sleeps for a while and cools down the process starts over.

    Any suggestions???
