Have you recently updated drivers? If your using a driver that has blotchy HDMI support it miht be giving you issues.

Yes, i updated my HDMI Audio Drivers with the windows update, but still not working... I'm starting to think that my tv is the problem...
 -

Is your TV HDMI or DVI in? The reason I ask is DVI is the video sans the audio......
 -
HDMI in, it is a Philips LCD 32" HDTV

To the next question, does the HDMI have any other audio in plugged to the same port/input number or is another audio by default setup in the TV menu?
 -
There is no option on the tv to set as default the HDMI audio input, there is only an option to select if i want the analog audio input to go to the HDMI channel...

You should use the HDMI drivers included with the nvidia driver package on nvidia.com. Get the latest release and it should include a HDMI audio driver. Works fine over here btw.

Be sure then the option is off. If you set it to on it probably then would defeat digital in and is looking for the analog source for sound.
