If you contact Gateway Support at 866-539-3901 and ask to be transferred to Level 2, they can finally order the recovery media for you.

Level 1 still cannot find the part in their parts list, but Level 2 can for whatever reason.

If you do it within 30 days of your purchase, its free. However, considering the media JUST became available, you can simply tell them you tried to order it before and it was unavailable.

These are the CDs that will return it to the factory condition it was in when you first booted it up - bloatware and all.
