Can someone confirm which SATA this model can handle? I just got a SATA II G.Skill SSD hard drive (which supposedly reads up to 230MB/s and write 135MB/s) in it. Just wondering why I am getting 120MB/s read on HDTune. Thanks in advance.

"go into device manager and uninstall Nvidia atapi ata controller, check box, delete drivers after a couple reboots"
