I just installed the dell Wireless 370 Bluetooth (2.1 + EDR) Mini-PCI Card in the P-7811 Fx and I've tried three different drivers with no success all came back with failed to install
I can't seem to find the right driver for the 7811. Can anyone help me to locate the right driver for It!
    thanks in advance
    I've tried the Broadcom V 6.2.0.8800
    Broadcom V 6.1.0.4700
    and Broadcom V 6.2.0.6600

Yes thanks I've checked those sites before that is were I got the latest driver.
Anyways I found that first I had to uninstall bluesoleil that
I've installed it couple years a go to communicate with my PPC and Cell Phone than I installed the latest driver and right way it recognize the 370 mini PCI card.
Then I'm still having a dam problem that it does not see the PPC and the phone it pops up with out any info.
I went to different web sites and I found out that this dell 370 card it should have an antenna attached to it so back to e-Bay and I just order five of them there chip anyways.
Once I receive them and reinstall the card with the antenna I'll post here the results
    Hope for the best :D

Will here it is I got the antenna today so I took the bottom cover off the notebook and reinstall the mini card with the antenna.
I found the room behind the card slot there is a little opening just big enough to squeeze the end of the antenna
Which I covered with a little plastic container just to be sure so that it wouldn’t touch any metal parts then I pot the back on reconnected every thing and fire up the computer. Once it started I installed the driver first from gateway just to see if it would work but nada zilsh nothing so I installed the latest Broadcom Bluetooth Driver for the Dell Wireless 370 and after some pain in the butt of configuring all kind of thinks... WALLA GREAT freaking AWESOME I got every thing working even better then when I had Bluesoleil installed with an external Bluetooth adapter. My Moto phone works great I can even see my contacts I couldn’t see them with bluesoleil I can send and receive any files or pictures Also my PPC same think It gets fully open including my memory card and the signal from the mini PCI card it is strong I’m very very happy with it
Now I'm going to order a bluetooth mouse so I don't have to use one of the USB port for it :) :) :)

Thanks I like to add that anyone that it is going to purchase the mini PCI 370 Sony module with the antenna to install the latest broadcom driver for it and DO NOT INSTALL BLUESOLEIL I've tried installing it after the Broadcom and I could not open some directory's on my PPC like windows and files in the SD card everything it was a mess.

Just wondering if your bluetooth installation with drivers was successful.

I was thinking about buying this on ebay:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Dell-Wirele...in_0?hash=item3ca571a0e1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

I hope this will be compatible with the 7811fx. Will I need the antenna to make it work?
