I have noticed many of you are using the 7200rpm 200, 320 & some 500 gig HardDrives with out a problem..

I personally would like to get a fairly large HD (500+) & later a 2nd one to Raid 0 with. Problem is the 500's are out of stock everywhere & the waiting list doesn't seem to end... Now i deal with Dell a lot at my work so i've noticed they had their own line of Hard Drives that are never out of stock.. I was wondering has anyone tried throwing one of their 640gig's into a P7811 or similar Laptop?

    Hi DunXel,

these 640GB ones are 3.5", they are for desktop won't fit the notebook.
the biggest laptop disk is just 500GB for now.
