    P-7811FX : Random Restarting?

    My laptop never did this until recently.. I had Windows 7 and went back to Vista (due to Win7 license expiring)..

    Well, now for some apparent reason my laptop will just.. turn off and load back up. Completely random as well. It really started happening more often when my wife began playing Sims 3.

    I'm hoping to have this problem fixed before Mass Effect 2 arrives. Any suggestions?

    You should reformat your hard drive and see if that helps. If it doesn't work, I would back up your data every day as it would seem that your hard drive is failing.
