    I got mine yesterday too. Is there anything wrong with the CD/DVD tray or is it kind of stiff? I mean when I try to close the tray slower it is like it is going to break or something. If I do it faster than it's fine. Is this normal?
    I exchanged it already but this one is doing the same thing :confused:

    It's just new. After use it will loosen up. My 6860 was the same way.
