    Guys,

I just noticed a problem today, when i plug in a pair of head phone. I can still hear the speakers from the laptop and not the head phone. I tried a number of different headphones and still does I can hear the laptops speaker and not the Headphones. I checked all of the hardware in Device manager and all hardware are working good.

    Can anyone help

    Thanks,

    -John-

If you're running win 7, open the playback devices and make the headphones the default device. I didn't have that problem on my XP laptop, so I haven't run into it there and I don't remember the exact stuff to do on vista as it's stuff is slightly different from 7 but it may be the same.
