    P6301 fan and P68xx/78xx fans the same?

    I found a replacement fan for a P6301 fan by using its serial number. However, when I took a look at the P6301, the chassis looked a little different.

    I'm wondering if anyone here can confirm if the P6301 uses the same fans as in the P-68xx or P-78xx FX series.

    Edit: I took the picture off the website that I found the fan and rotated it just to be sure. It is an identical form in almost every single way possible including the location of the screws.

    If anyone else is interested in buying a replacement fan for their P-xxxxFX series laptops, just throw me a reply.

    I dont see any big difference with the chassis. The difference is cosmetic. Thats how i feel seeing the 6301 pic.
