Well my volume slider is stuck on my laptop again.

It has happened before and I fixed it by cleaning it with a can of air so I think that it is a hardware problem. I tried the air can again and it didn't work so I just want to disable this damn button. Any Ideas? I have been looking around the net for help but I haven't been able to find anybody with this same problem.
