    What is the open slot for under the SD card slot? Can I use a PCMCIA CF-PC Card Adapter in there? Or is it a Expresscardx54 slot. I am looking for a CF adapter that would work in there... I am not sure. Let me know. Thanks..

    do you have a recomendation of an express slot that would not protrudes and would read my CF cards????

    The two on newegg.com protrude, I think they all will as the express 34 is as wide as the CF's..............

    Edit; but maybe this one?

    thank you - but, what's the difference between express 34 and express 54? Will they both work???

    The Express Card 54 has a larger heat sink for applications that may run hotter. Otherwise they are similar. More info here: ExpressCard Question and Answers

    Our slots are Express 34/54 so it is fine..........
