    Assuming the bios you have is not current, the WDM error is related to the video drivers. I can't remember the driver version that allows the install but I think it has to be WHQL and from M$..............

    The bios is not current I think. I will doublt check that in abit...

    By related to the video drivers, do you mean to say its is too new or not updated enough? I think I am currently on the most recent offering from Nvidia.

    You can't use the nVidia offering or otherwise. WDM is a micrrosoft error on the video driver..................

    They MAY work. I appologize but for this machine I have not yet done a bios change. I already have the most recent. My memory of this is from the P7805. I had to resort to the NVidia driver supplied by MS Update to the the bios WDM error not to show up.
