Okay well i reinstalled vista, literally the first thing i did. all drivers seem to be installed except the fingerprint sensor...will get around to it sometime or later.
but im having one problem. i cant seem to wirelessly connect to my network (wired is fine). using an intel wireless card and linksys router. my brother and our desktops seem to connect fine, altho sometime they have the same problem i am having. i can connect fine to a neighbor's network, altho they dont know that =P, but i keep getting limited connectivity when i try to connect to my network. but even as we speak, our two desktops and my brothers laptop are connected to our network fine.
so my question is, do you guys think that maybe i somehow have an out dated or incompatible driver or is there a problem with my router/router settings? im inclined to think its the router...
any input would be nice.
as a side note a 5.1 windows score. not bad for a 899 machine.
but man i keep hitting the touchpad when im typing and its getting really annoying
